A big breakthrough expected in Pakistan America ties: Report

Do you even read before typing all that. How does it all happened from US side only? Do you know how much Pakistan lost in this war on terrorism beside human lives? How much US stopped from Pakistan instead, sanctioned us and then uses several pressure tactics or so-called watch-list including FATF hammer so we can clean their mess in this region.

You need to learn a lot if you are not deliberately ignoring the other side of the picture and understand the matter in broader aspect instead of isolated approach of US is superpower and We are doomed. Such surrendering mentality will occupy the mind with enslaved thoughts. Pakistan will deal with US on the basis of mutual understanding and national interests.

It was need of hour, We broke Soveit union with the help of many countries. It was our revengue of Soveit involvement in 1971 war. We paid price of decade, billions & economy but it is totally worth.

unnnnnnncle sam's F35 are fallling down, he should keep a few afloat, we may need target practice later.

What you said Ma'am; is too big to understand simply and I mean it. I can see lot of reasons to imagine the future warfare from Pakistan side. Can I assume that once again, we might see US Tech (PAF) V/s expected US tech (above on eastern side)?

You cannot convince slaves of white people. They are willing to obey everyorder of u.s and destroying our country like lybia got destroyed and I am sure our army has learned from past and will never come in this trap again like musharaf wrongly bowed down and unconditionally supported u.s

Its been clarified and openly said by the leadership that no more foreign wars. The day we took the stand, just look at the results. In view of the size of Pakistan (from economic to militarily to geographic importance in the region) we are heading towards more progress & rightly aligning ourselves till our relations are based upon national interests unlike past.

U.S.A is our old ally. Just some misunderstanding happened after they found Osama bin ladin in Pakistan after 10 years of war in Afghanistan. We need to clear misunderstanding. We can work together. Pakistan is very important due to its geographic location uncle SAM can't ignore it. We can improve trade, and we can get back our good old relation. Pakistan can also play key role in Afghanistan after America exit.
Not going to happens again... Its over now.. They lost us.. The land of warriors which help them to reach solo super power... We sacrifice our thousands of lives for them... While they were busy partnering india in Afghanistan .. Lol.. We now have chosen our path, we have now another super power backup .. And thats china.. :pakistan::china:

Embargos are all official nonsence. We have been fullfilling our urgent needs from third or fourth party sources for years.

We earned what we strive for and our today's need for D.C is not some US kindness rather our importance in the region which came after a lot of sacrifices. We are not bowing nor worshiping in this regard and that is a clear thought for the day. Our past policies of please was the part of failed diplomacy by the incompetent ruling lot but no more. US is free to chose and so is Pakistan aligning towards freely, self reliant & independent diplomacy based upon national interests.

musharaf wrongly bowed down and unconditionally supported u.s

It was the need of the time. Americans were very enraged. If mush had refused, he would have ended up like Saddam Hussain, and Pakistan would have ended up like Iraq of 2003. But we too got many things in return, such as much-needed upgradation of our military. But yes, we paid a very heavy price for what we got, and are still paying...

I am convinced that such embargoes hurts but not permanently. In my opinion such embargoes later turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us in journey towards self reliance. Indeed as we shown our commitment in regard to fulfilling our needs from elsewhere, it made them many parties to revisit their approach towards Pakistan as compare to past practice of "Do More". FATF etc are now proven to be more of a political tool to influence third world countries.

You will agree that we have set/aligned ourselves on a path of sovereign approach & national diplomacy while outreaching our importance in the region. As we correct the course, Pakistan is having more reliable relations with several nations contrary to the reliance on single "Ally" in past. Uncle Sam has seen that we have choices now and so Afghan theater needs Pakistan to achieve desired results, hence, expecting the different approach. However, I hope that we are not falling into yet another trap but will take the best out of this moment.

i not think it so as iran was also sharing border with afghanistan but they not allowed u.s to use their bases and destroy afghanistan and u.s did nothing to iran so musharaf has done mistakes and resulted in indian influence in afghanistan and civil unrest in balochistan and nro to corrupt politicians was also done under u.s pressure,he accepted almost every u.s demand which was wrong and he would have easily refused many u.s demands if he had enough courage and bargained with u.s at much better terms
