Bhutan needs to establish diplomatic ties with Beijing, & continue discussions within the framework of bilateral negotiation without third party interference.

And i think India should allow this. If you see all these problems are because of India's worries on how China will act on India.

India and China should build more confidence in their relations, China should ally all of India's fears. India dosent want China to get this high ground because it can be used to cause harm to India at times of war.

No its not any territorial ambition. That piece of land is of strategic importance to India in case of war. China enjoys strategic advantage on all of India's borders except for in Sikkim that is why this stand off.
