He got it from an Indian news outlet, I read it too. Then he is posting it around PDF. I remember a month ago another Indian posted a so called agreement with China and said it was agreed, until now I don't see anything happening.

They are getting really desperate for a face saving exit. One Chinese statement on troop reduction and they got agitated, I even heard their media say they have 3 times more soldiers there. I mean what difference does it make, when China strikes, it's gonna be drones and light artillery, you can have 3 times more, but they will be dead. This is not a one to one fight anymore, the one with the best high altitude warfare weapons will win.
