I will accept refugees from those domestic wars at Burma-China borer.
Temporary refuge for those without Chinese language skills.
Permanent refuge for those with Chinese language skills.

China is not an immigration nation, let all those so-called liberal democratic immigrant countries put their money where their mouth is, and take in all these refugees.

Or just give it up completely and hand the land back to the Native Americans.

China government has the wisdom and vision - as with other NEA countries. They won't be buying the neoliberal ideologies that sprung from the guilty conscious of colonial Western nations.

The West (EU+US) has a moral obligation to receive refugees. But, NEA does not have a similar historical baggage.

Most of the refugees are able to speak the language of their former colonizers. Hence, they are more easily able to move in, blend in and compete in the host Western nation.

Yet, no other foreign culture learned our languages and customs due to colonization. Hence, we have no obligation or moral duty toward them.

The best we can do is to help them help themselves, as China does.

Millions of Chinese citizens are also moving to NYC every year. This shows how developed they are compared to mediocre places like Taibei, Shanghai, Beijing or Guangzhou with lots of homeless, slums, uncollected trash, terrible traffic conditions, unemployment, air pollution and crime.

There is no Chinese city in my mind that compares to the two cities in any way imaginable. NYC is a global juggernaut only rivalled by London .
