Islam does not permit harming civilians, vegetation, and the elderly/women/children on purpose.
You can feel free to go and shoot some civilians on the other side of the LOC, and then tell me what claim you have to them and them being Muslims on the very least?

He was referring to the International border and Jammu, not LOC. Even then it’s not right.
