Here a teacher wouldn't dare hit a student deliberately the teacher would be fired and possibly face charges. If the student is misbehaving and no longer cooperating or becomes a disruption teacher will call the office. A person from the office sometimes an Assistant Principal or other official will come and escort the student and parents are called in to pick their delinquent child up. School will decide to take punitive measure i.e suspension, etc.


I have seen this happen before, sometimes with violent kids the principal's office will send a male official to grab them and remove them from class or the school's police officer (yes an actual police officer with law enforcement power) will (in high school).

Personally, I think most people are scum and should be put in a concentration camp and forced to work to squeeze all labor out of them. Many scum people are just good for nothing scroungers, welfare recipient class, dirty people, peasants, and it's their peasant children that often cause the most trouble in public schools. No surprise there.

I have seen such tough love. There are much better way to deal with kids than beat them mercilessly.

I'm surprise these low-self esteem Indian students getting beaten up aren't retaliating or are they? It would be natural to do so. Though, they are probably conditioned to be docile and teachers servent, the whole madam at your feet thing.

Lol, again low self esteem Indians.
This happens mostly to small kids less than 12 years old who cant retaliate.
The whole south asian people(including high self esteeem pakistan) have reverence towards elders, especially their parents and teachers.
Beating your elders is unthinkable here.

Be strict but with anyone be it kids or adults as a superior encourage,praise in front of anyone and criticize alone one on one.I myself am against open insults unless circumstances dictate so.

My uncle failed in Matriculation exams - His father was a doctor - Pretty much the whole family used to tell him that you are piece of garbage (etc) and have no aim in life and my uncle started his business and is now a multi-millionaire employing more then 300 people in his company!All his cousins who used to make fun of him are working as low level employees and he is CEO Of a company earning more then 20 Million $ per year in profits.
