Chicken Sajji isn't really part of Balochi cuisine. It's a recent innovation driven by commercialisation. Although "Lehri Sajji House" in Quetta does it very well. True Sajji however is found only in the mountains where Baloch live. Made with Sheep, lamb or goat meat, where Kaak Roti is made alongside and tea after the meal. You can throw in Roash as well if you like. Let a true Baloch handle the cooking. If you are lucky, a Naři-Surri duo will play Balochi music or a Benjo may be in the fresh afternoon of Balochistan desert while breathing clean unpolluted Air and sun going down in bright orange horizon against deep blue sky........aah kiya yaad kara diya zalimo!

8 Reasons Why You Should NEVER Eat Balochi Sajji

We all love food and meat items, but who wants to try anything exotic? Not me! They say the Balochi Sajji is a very exotic food item which is very hard to make and tastes like heaven, I don’t believe them. And this is why I will tell you the reasons to never ever eat Balochi Sajji.

1. That piece of Sajji does not look attractive at all

2. Why would you want to waste chicken and rice like this?

3. Does this look appetizing from anywhere? I don’t think so

7. They make Sajji on cultural day? What kind of a culture is this?
