Hi,

Excellent observation, finally something sane coming from you, so what is the solution?
Engage militarily with state at Border Skirmishes or trying to figure out a pragmatic approach ?

Your thoughts as fellow neighbour will count.

What everyone else does...clamp down on them. But what pakistan is doing presently in selective..that is..It's only targeting the ttp and driving them into afghanistan...what about the groups that are attacking India (which I would say is pakistan proxy war against India) or Iran or Afghanistan?.

There is no action against them even when your leaders have said otherwise.

.
what exactly is the militancy situation in Pakistan's west ? Baloch separatist militia, anti Iran sunni militia.. Incidents with Iran..

how about another lower intensity zarb-e-azb like sweeping operation to clear that area as well ? how do these groups operate, with broad support of the local populations or are they full guerrilla cave dwellers ?
They get some support from locals.
They usually choose mountains as their bases.
No need for Zarb e Azb like op as the situation is different. More than a thousand of them surrenderd last year and the support for these groups is getting less as govt took steps for economic and social development of the region.
They are in hiding and use hit and run tactics mostly unlike the TTP which also at times fight like a conventional force.

How come u know that there is no action against any other group.

Plus I forgot that how can be any action taken against them as long as RAW supports BLA and other terror groups in Pakistan.

It is better to check your own track record first in supporting proxies.

Again.. really you had to butt in India ! please please for pete sake. keep this Indian Pakistani b.s out of this.
This is not pak vs india thread. open another thread and we can discuss this to your hearts content.

Hi,

The situation in West is relatively calm especially after the death of trator bughti, he has left legacy though which his sons are trying to complete in foreign countries with their support.
But theyre more of nuisance than a threat, if went unchecked, they too could become potentially a security risk.

You see the situation in Balochistan is about different, this province is bordered by three two different countries which largely have poor provinces opposing it. hence in an environment like this, its a perfect recipe for disaster.

apart from local rag tag militia and smuggler it doesnt have any other major risk.

Most of pakistani action and policy is India driven.

What did you expect? Two can play the game. In your case...your jihad centric policy is what's biting you back and every sane pakistani acknowledges it,

thanks for your input, guys.

in a sense, nations are artificial creations, lines drawn on maps but border situations get tricky, specially with porous no man's land borders where central authority is diminished. Good luck to Pak authorities to get it under control before they can grow into a bigger threat by causing more international incidents with Iran.

also, it would be nice if some of the militants on the eastern front are also reigned in

Hi,

Iran could always use the option of joint border patrolling, like back in 80s , but it seems they're more interested in their childish behavior of unilaterally attacking.

Oh come on, if we regin in the eastern side militants, then where's the fun in that ? its necessary evil :chilli:

if you include India one more time i wll not reply to you sir

Ok..as for your question about targeting other groups instead of just ttp..Most jihadis were given an open window of more than six months to escape into afghanistan and both countries have openly acknowledged that many have made their way into afghanistan..The Iranian are constantly complaining about lack of action against Iran specific terrorist groups why is that?..Our complaints are valid as well when the terrorist leaders openly roam around..as for the afghan taliban and the other groups like the haqqani network that operate against Afghanistan. ..pakistan is facilitating taliban talks with china as a mediator..and it was pakistan that brought the taliban leaders on the table with china...now, how would that be possible if Pakistan was taking action against them?.

Awesome man!!!! All these politics aside, I really do admire Iran for its achievements under sanctions for the last three decades!!!!

.
So how is Pakistan facilitating here????

Afghan taliban and China - what's the common link between both?..dude...I don't have the inclination but you do need to research it a bit...and when you do don't be biased because if you are then you won't see whats happening.

Hi,

and it clearly says ''Afghan Taliban leaders visited China for talks with Chinese officials late last year. Pakistan’s The News International, citing a report from the Afghan Islamic Press, reported that two Taliban representatives traveled to China in November. The purpose of the trip was to “share the Islamic Emirate’s stance with China,” according to a Taliban official. The delegation was reportedly led by Qari Din Muhammad, who is based at the Taliban office in Doha, Qatar (and has been involved in Afghan peace talks before).''

Its your speculation that PAkistan facilitated any of this. In the same way i can say those terrorist from balochistan were supported by Indian please do your homework.

Nowhere its says Pakistan hosted or by any means facilitated talk between Taliban and china.
stop living in delusion
