Instead of blaming Pakistan focus your energies on the development of Sistan, that might work out for u guys like it worked out for us.

If you spend even a quarter of resources you are using in fight against TTP, defeating these Judallah terrorists is more than easy. Their number is not mush and they are hiding in caves/towns of Baluchestan region in Pakistan, mostly near border.

Development of Sistan is underway, but slowly. However as long as these terrorists roam around and attack from the other side, a steady development is not possible, just like it hasn't been possible in terror infested areas in the world.
