korean war was a stalemate. vietnam war, US itself decided to withdraw when local support came down a lot, just like afghanistan. otherwise it had bombed, killed and destroyed whoever they wanted to there.

Well your hatred for the armed forces is understandable these days but here we are talking about airforce not army. Airforce is a professional force who doesn't grab properties , does political engineering etc.

The member arguing about the credibility of the Mirage in PAF Service, doesn't even has the comprehension that after 1971 war, it was in 2019 that both Indian and Pakistan Air elements were involved in a skirmish where the PAF Mirages also played an active role. During Kargil conflict, IAF carried operations within its side of LOC. During the 1971 war, albeit, PAF had just one Squadron of Mirage 3 on strength, in Air combat, they held more than their own, PAF Mirage strike on Mukerian railway yards was a devastating blow to the Indian army on that front. Mirages have also been involved in carrying out strikes on terrorist hide outs in WOT.
Until the JF-17 acquiring the capability, Mirage was the sole aircraft in PAF inventory to carry and deliver a SOW and officially it's supposedly the only PAF platform to launch the Raad ALCM.
