How much more remains?

.
thats a very good news

it would help us to manage our border in a better way

. . .
We need to fence the entire border. Civil and military governments of the past are to blame for this silly position we found ourselves in. Borders should always be secure, whoever they are with.

.
Well done. Don't just seal put every kind of surveillance possible , get drones up, monitor it like there is no tomorrow

Agreed, but the problem here is some Baloch tribes depend on diesel smuggling plus other trade with Iran to make a living, cutting off what they have known for years without providing opportunities for them to earn a living will be disastrous..

One purpose of borders is to contain fallout inside geographical boundaries. Living in hard borders doesn't help commerce, people to people contact, sharing ideas and kinship. It only alienates people further ... living in their own bubbles... basically burying their heads in sand.

.
ANYONE who opposes the fencing of Pakistan's western borders is at least a sympathiser with terrorist infiltrators....at worst, they are a terrorist infiltrator themselves.

Fencing is NOT enough, the entire border, along with Iran and Afghanistan, should be mined with anti-personnel mines, trip sensors leading to alarms and drone attacks and what not!

Fence them, militarise them with drones and turrets, and control the movement across them with an iron fist. Business, trade and exchange of ideas and culture is fine, but any malevolent intent is to be crushed mercilessly. Enough nonsense on our western flank.

I'm not talking about sealing borders, just controlling and securing them.

Although, to stop biological threats, complete closure of land borders does require serious consideration at the very least.
