Well, how do you earn money? You get jobs. Not jobs as servants, chowkidars, drivers etc for the rich because these are unproductive. You create jobs that give people a living but at the same time are productive to society.

One of the greatest human need is housing. It so happens that construction industry is very manpower intense. Meaning a massive housing project would create millions of jobs mostly for the poor workers. At the same time these workers will be building housing for the poor and not driving, chowkidaring, servanting for the well which produces nothing to society. Furthermore when you build houses you don,t need American technology. Everything is sourced within the country. Cement, bricks, workers, labourers etc.

If you look at Europe or even Soviet Russia after the WW2 they all launched massive public housing projects. All that was needed was mass mobilization of manpower. The way it works is instead of millions waking up in the morning and driving sahibs, or being servants making meals or being semi-employed or walking around idling and sratching their crotches those same millions are brought together under a massive project to rebuild the country.

We in Pakistan have the biggest asset and larger resource then most of Europe - it's called the millions on millions of young people. The problem is they are mostly doing nothing. If they all were articulated into one huge active labour force all of Pakistan could be rebuilt.

What makes a country rich is not paper money. That can be printed. Wealth of a nation is the people, their discipline, their hard work and their ability to all work together as a nation. To give you a example Germany in 1945 was entirely destroyed. Yet within 5 years was rebuilt anew. The reason was althought the country was destroyed and bankrupt it still had German people, men and women who had the qualities of hard work, discipline and ability to work togather to re-build the nation. And they did. By hand literally. In 5 years the Germans worked so hard that they built more then Pakistani people have for the last 70 years because most of the time they have been lazing around or conspiring aganst each other.

We need that German spirit. And PM IK offers honest leadership. All we need now is the 200 million people of Pakistan to rise up and build thar nation by hand. Please look at this footage just after the WW2 in Berlin, Germany and watch how even ordinary women - young and old are working in teams to rebuild their ruined country.

The IMF money will be used to pay debt, not build houses. I agree 100% we should use state land to make state owned farms. Pay the poor people working on them a salary and buy thier crop.
