We got to help the poor help themselves by giving them jobs and allowing them to contribute to society. We must fairly circulate money and control inflation which mitigates the effect of increased money flow. Let's get the Chinese planners in and see how they did.

I agree that we must help poor. Previous governments have destroyed every industry in Pakistan. There is no profitable industry and there are no new jobs. How do they suppose to help themselves?

Chinese have Business mindset, they don’t give anything for free. they have no emotions, their help will also come with conditions.
Saudi are willing to help but they want Pakistan to help them fight in Yemen by sending ground troops. UAE put conditions to cancel all agreement with Iran.

*Best option is to have transparency and start digitalization process to prevent corruption.
Every record has to be in digital form, employees record,
voter record,
NIC,
ownership (property/land/car/small businesses) records,
income tax (individual and corporate),
property/land tax records,
personal and commercial vehicle registration and tax records,
driver/driving records,
criminal records,
complete banking records, etc.

*Increase tax net, everyone should by paying taxes. Special court should be setup to deal with tax evaders.

*Better investment policy that will allow foreign companies to invest in Pakistan.

*local body system so development funds go directly to districts and mayors. MNA and MPA should not be given any development funds.

What some idiots here are completely oivious to is that housing market drives the economy like no other sector does. West went in to recession in 2007 due to issue with housing lending. 40% of China's GDP is from the housing sector, with plenty of ghost cities laying empty!

Pakistan Government owns the land so a big chunk of build cost is not paid by the builder or the poor. Land is basically nearly free.

Look at any build in Pakistan, land costs more than the construction.

This is a fantastic program. Build plenty of single story 3 bedroom houses without unnecessarily deep foundations. Malaysia built large colonies / towns just like that, streets upon streets of ditto houses for the poor and lower middle class to move to.

Yes, 30-45 minutes drive distance from major cities is fine. Run bus services to and fro.

I would suggest these should be build in other cities
Punjab: South of Gujranwala, Mainwali, DG Khan
KPK: Dera Ismail Khan, Nowshera, Kohat, Muslim Abad, Ambar, Swabi,
Balochistan: Khuzdar, Kappar, Khatoor,Windor
Sindh: close to Noori abad or Gharo, Sindh or South of Kotri, close to Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Sukkur.
