No serious assault or injury or took place nor was there any criminal damage, it was merely a case of breach of peace. Now they have been sent back, it's up to their employer or Chinese authorities to deal with them.

The difference is if whether the subject is a permanent residence or just visiting.
There's been several cases in UK where the criminals either turned out to be visitors or on working visas were deported back to their countries.

Thats right but when someone is against law keeping force wether police or else..i think punishment should be harsh.

Then came a short documentary where the owner told her side of the story and everyone started questioning the couple that had started this whole debate.
