Now, just imagine, if instead of India, Pakistan had 4 million cases and India had 300K, what would good Indians and their good media would do?

Some of the usual suspects are downplaying this by stating that India has more Covid cases as it is testing more. They seem to imply that testing spreads infection. More testing is only revealing those infections which exist but would have not been reported.

Also, India is still not in the top 100 countries when it comes to testing rates per million.
