In response to media queries, the Spokesperson said that Pakistan had proposed the designation of four Indian nationals in 2019 under the United Nations 1267 Sanctions List, namely VenumadhavDongara, Ajoy Mistry, Gobinda Patnaik, and Angara Appaji.

These individuals were financing, sponsoring and organizing terrorism inside Pakistan by providing financial, technical and material support to terrorist groups including TTP, Jamaat-ul-Ahrar and others.

We are disappointed that Pakistan’s proposal to designate VenumadhavDongara as a terrorist has been objected to. Pakistan hopes that the listing requests of other three Indian nationals will be given due consideration by the UNSC 1267 Sanctions Committee in an objective and transparent manner.

Taking advantage of the prolonged conflict in our neighbourhood, India has fomented terrorism inside Pakistan by providing training, financial and material support to terrorist groups to kill innocent people in Pakistan. These Indian nationals are now residing in India with impunity which vindicates Pakistan’s position that India is a state-sponsor of terrorism.

It's a start. Like i said earlier the establishment is changing its modus operandi to adjust to new realities. Admittedly it took a while for them to come to this conclusion but IF they truly have changed their thought process regarding india sponsored terrorism in Pakistan then I am all up for it. Killing that scumbag while he was in Afg would have been too easy on him, infact i would term it mercy killing but trying to name and shame him and his country infront of the world would be more satisfying. It's more or less the same with Hafiz Saeed, if RAW really wanted to kill him, he'd be dead by now but the indian state is just milking his existence for the greater(terrible) cause of terror mata. Its a brilliant strategy i'd say.

They should appeal to Peshawar High Court. Appeal papers should be submitted alongside with sackful of USD. All and any terrorists are then free to go.

Unfortunately ture! Today morning i was having a discussion with family, i told them the situation between Pakistan and India is very tense and there is a possibility of conflict and none of the channels are showing it and this is why i believe we as a nation are not mature enough to handle all this so called freedom of speech. Some laws should be amended to make sure states version makes the prime time news.
I have seen heading from Dawn and GEO calling out terrorists as alleged militants, we have seen the reporting by GEO on Kasab, we have seen dawn leaks and many more shining example from these so called media outlets. In a country like ours state should have some sort of check and control on the news being coming out.

Those names are provided with enough information, data & Intel gathered through crackdown against Indian Spy Network. These particular names are direct handlers involved & in contact with splinter cells of TTP now HuA or JuA etc. Indian evacuates them knowing that they will be branded soon. The reason as why Pakistani Spy Master was in Kabul few days back. Hadn't been about US blocking; we would have seen it all over sanction list but still we will keep assisting UNSC with details and will provide further information as well. BTW, can India share details of explanation being given by US to block such move?

Excuse me, why the misleading title? Where is the evidence of "framing"? How does extracting him disprove his connections to terrorism? Contrarily in fact, evacuation of a person wanted by law enforcement agencies circumstantially implies that they have something to hide.
