The video is from the Russian Movie The Mongol. It is the story of Temujin or Genghis Khan as he is called. All of the above cavalry are MONGOLS not Turks.
title reminds me:
Mongols and Turks are related, their languages are also similar.
Pardon me, but TURKIC peoples (not just Anatolian Turks) are still living in Mongolia & China among Mongols. Bonan (Mongolic), Sarta (Mongolic), & Salar (Turkic) even share the same autonomous prefecture in Gansu. They are geographically so far apart, how can they be same? Mongols ruled over the world, they may have left some mark everywhere.

Bro there are hadith at 1:59 and onward.can you translate that.thanks.
The world know them as ''the Mongols'' but infact they are Turks.. Gengiz and Timucin are pure Turkic names as well.
All of the above cavalry are MONGOLS not Turks.
I don't think anyone here questions Genghis Khans legacy belongs to Mongolians. However, before Anatolia was home for Turkish people, their first home was Central Asia, around Mongolian steps. Therefore, Turkish people also consider Mongolian legacy as one of their own. "Shared history" would be the perfect explanation. This is the reason why so many Turkish males named after Genghis Khan.Turkic is a linguistic term. Who ever speaks any of the Turkic language is considered one.
Turkics come in all shapes and sizes. The Turks in Anatolia looks different from the once in Central Asia.
These are Mongols, and their legacy is with the Mongolian people.
