What's new

3 repeats with 150 kg :D

. . . . . . .
Before that i did 12 repeats with 150 kg. I tried a second set and managed to get 3 repeats but the ast one was rather clumsy.

What you say?

Great strength dude, very impressive. Be careful not to go for personal bests without a spot, that third rep had me worried.
I do not bench myself I press it from the floor, which builds far greater strength via the upper body. There's no drive from the legs.

Thanks man, well the 3rd rep was kinda shakey. It was propably not smart without spotter.

Great stuff. When I did weightlifting I never managed beyond 110kg. That was my absolute high water mark. My brother manages about 125kg. But I think my nephew who has began weightlifting will take the mark to 150kg.

And I respect that you have shown your 'face' here with images. Most PDF'ers don't have the gollocks to 'show themselves' but talk big behind faceless annonymity.

. .
And here is us "outed". I wish we got more PDF'ers to show themselves.

And this is what I pick now.

And lots of jogging/walking. In fact I am about to go now and do my daily 4 mile jaunt.
