That's not a good news. Read my previous post, you don't need that many staff. It's wastage of funds and corruption in delegation. When they say 450 staff work on a plane, they don't mean it literally. They mean to say per plane, they have 450 staff members, of whom half are sitting at home enjoying the pay check and benefits without turning up to office for years unless there is some sort of disturbance in their pay.
