I think financing is also a big problem.

Iran needs to figure out how Israel is paying these funds to MEK and cut off the financial stream of money. Where did MEK get hundreds of pounds of explosives and high power automatic weapons to blow up multiple vehicles and shoot numerous rounds into his car? Was it smuggled in or made in Iran underground with a financial cash stream from Israel? That cash stream needs to be traced down and cut off.

And Pakistan needs to figure out how cash is being routed to BLA circumventing gov't authorities. BLA has been seen in photos with new military equipment and India must have either financed it or supplied it. So that financial cash stream for India-BLA also has to be cut off in Pakistan.

Cash rewards from Israel to MEK and India to BLA incentivize these attacks. We need to trace down and cut off the source of these cash incentives and make it riskier for dissident groups to conduct such attacks and assassinations. It will be difficult to stop as long as the likes of MEK and BLA keep getting paid handsomely by financiers in Israel and India.

I would be very surprised if Israel and India did not share the same backdoors to get in and out of Iran and Pakistan. Israel probably helped India build a network in Iran to use against Pakistan knowing that Israel could also use it themselves.

Hence why it is amazing that Iranian and Pakistani intelligence do no not cooperate more closely against this mutual and double threat.

I think he must have had some level of security given the fact that 3 of the 4 Mossad spies who killed him are now dead. But the attack was quite sophisticated given that it involved hundreds of pounds of explosives and blowing up multiple vehicles just to kill one guy. It must have been planned out for some time.

However, I think even Israel must be surprised how high their casualties were on this mission. Mossad lost 3 Israelis to kill 1 Iranian. So I think the deterrence is still there, because Israel knows they cannot kill any Iranians without getting at least the same number of their own killed.
