Yes many BJP elected representatives are criminals of various types. No Hindu considers BJP as doodh ki dhuli. If it was, it would not be in politics. Politics is a dirty game by its very nature. Only a FOOL would consider ANY POLITICAL PARTY to be clean.
But it requires a BIGGER FOOL to declare that BJP gives tickets to ONLY CRIMINALS.
