Afaik, guns rights don't apply on private property. Private property business owners/management decides the policies to allow or ban any item.

I believe as long as you are on the city property i.e. side walk, road, etc you can have your gun rights but I'm sure private property owners will call police if someone is spotted with a gun in their property.
