Attacking is bad. Yes. Pathetic stuff whoever did it. Shias have the right to perform their religious customs processions etc.

We don't need any procession just to counter Shias. Processions aren't religion.

Why is it that its always sunnis that attack. Whether in India or pakistan. Is attacking others religious practice part of your religion?

My question was neither rhetorial nor aimed to insult. If you are sunni, I would like to know the psychological reason behind it. I am not talking about this specific instance. Why are sunnis in the subcontinent(India+pak-Bangladesh) can so easily be provoked into attacking shias or ahmedis.

They might not retaliate because they are a minority. Doesn't mean there is no militancy in Shias. In Lebanon we have Hizbullah. In Iraq we have Mehdi army. So you can't say only sunnis have militancy in them.

The attacks are not terrorism or militancy. It has nothing to do with hizbullah. I am talking about random sunnis trying to kill shia and ahmedis.
I am not talking about TTP or taliban, its easy to blame them now, but they were not there before.

I was talking to a muslim (sunni) here, and was told, its because shia make a lot of noise during procession. Not sure whether it is inherent phobia which comes out with slightest provocation.

In India, sunnis dominate the muslim discourse and give almost no political space to shias. In democracy, if you are minority and not even big enough to be vote bank, nobody will talk about you. Thankfully shia are usually more affluent in India.
