Huge one? how a normal court procedure has become HUGE out of the world victory for bharat aka India in this case i assume you are speaking from bhartiya point of view.


Its simple a case filed against a party the court follows normal procedure of taking up the case.


Now come to the second part: That is that you have to wait and see the modalities at International front including law of the each country.


Lets see if there is any provision that if Pakistani officials can appear in another country's court or not. what will be the legal provisions and other points.

Please quote to me the court order stating that. Somebody has filed a lawsuit against them, on foreign soil against a foreigner. It does not oblige the foreigner to appear before the court.

That the foreigner is not obliged to appear before the court does not negate the fact that the foreigner has been summoned.
