Summoning the chief of ISI is a futile publicity stunt, both you and I know it.

No it is not. It is symbolic but definitely not a publicity stunt. At worst it can be described as the action of an aggrieved who perceives himself to be at the receiving end of the said organisation's activities.

You have Kasab, Hang him and be done with it...

Our courts are working on him but th story doesn't end with Kasab. There are many more who worked behind the scenes and who need to be beought to justice.

It a civil case, so if the defendant does not put his case (him or his attorney), the court will rule looking at 1 side of the case only.. pretty simple.. In a civil case personal appearances are not needed..

Please quote to me the court order stating that. Somebody has filed a lawsuit against them, on foreign soil against a foreigner. It does not oblige the foreigner to appear before the court.
