What is that thing under the belly of the Erieyes? SAR? I have looked at images of old PAF Erieyes and they were not present before.

Just the belly of the other engine protruding due to the angle of the aircraft.

Hi, is the PAF using C130s as dual role/ refulers to assist with the Antonov's role too? I mean the option is there and PAF is expert at making the most of the available resources.

Also an Antonov-JF17 refueling demo could have enhanced the experience of the fly past too:

Have to admit compared to last 2-3 years Parade this Parade was not covered well
Disppappointed how it was handled By PTV and Private channels love to cover PML from all angle

but still poorly captured. They didn't show Turkish helis

And the sound timing is messed up....like by a lot.

you wont see this money anyway. it wont be spent on any "useful" alternative you are dreaming about
at least we ordinary people get to see some show and feel good about it

the alternative will be some offshore accounts or properties in the west and Dubai.
for once pull the thumb out of your behind and relax yourself its about Pakistan day celebration, our national version of eid where we are supposed to be happy.

Stop acting like sissy boys. It was a great parade. If some of you guys cannot pay for high speed internet then don’t blame the parade. It was HD, yes we had some issues with keeping the planes in focus but who does what we do in a parade? Indian National Day parade is a circus with motorcycle stunts that our kids do better. Do you see such stuff in Russian, Chinese or French parades? The planes fly slow and steady easy for camera to focus on. Who does vertical climbs while dropping flairs and rotating in parade? Whose flypast is led by the airforce chief? Whose Major General and head or special services parachutes in on the parade ? whose army aviation fly past are led by a major general? All of you 2nd and 3rd generation expatriate kids should calm down and stop acting like bitche$ going through their monthlies. Appreciate what you see and give some credit. In other words do something better or shut the fu@k up.

You have raised some good points. No need for profanity or colourful language.

What India does or doesn't is besides the simple point raised by other posters; lack of quality coverage of an otherwise well organized and executed parade.

The parade itself was outstanding and making the most of the occasion but the quality of coverage was below par as it has been for the past few years. It's that simple.
