22 UAE soldiers killed in Yemen missile attack

So according to u if anyone bomb isis militant . its actually bombing innocent syrian?
I am not sure they were bombing ISIS militants. I believe no one has been able to clarify and get the same understanding that KSA was bombing ISIS militants. I don't recall KSA ever indicating they are bombing ISIS militants.

Say what? KSA has been bombing Daesh in Syria for over 1 year now along with many other Arab nations. Before the conflict in Yemen began last year KSA along with the US were using drones against AQAP. The reason why AQAP are only sporadically attacked nowadays is because it would be totally unwise to open a third front and because the Houthi's are a bigger threat now. The coalition has openly said that AQAP will be dealt with when peace is restored in Yemen. Nobody has any interest, let alone KSA, to border AQAP in the South and Daesh in the North. It's a complete suicide if one allows that willingly to happen especially as those terrorist groups despise The House of Saud and badly want them gone. That is why Daesh and AQAP have been trying to stir trouble up in KSA for the past 2 years but so far they have only succeed with 2-3 attacks that have killed less than 45 people in total.

Just like Al-Assad is never attacking Daesh directly but focusing on FSA and Ahrar al-Sham. That does not mean that he is best buddies with Daesh.

Saudi prince and UAE's first female pilot lead blitz on ISIS in Iraq and Syria | Daily Mail Online

Just because Iranian state media does not report such news (only mostly propaganda or outright lies) it does mean that it has never occurred. You can find plenty of videos of Saudi Arabian pilots bombing numerous Daesh targets in Syria.

Anyway this is off-topic and now KSA is engaged in a war in Yemen where most of the focus is logically.

Lastly if you are genuinely interested in knowing about Yemen read my previous post on the last page (post 56).

I mean in Yemen. the post and reply was for Yemen. Yes there was a coalition to bomb ISIS in Syria and Iraq for a while when after a while UAE opted out and after the Jordanian pilot and Jordan retaliation we don't hear from their effort anymore. There is not much news about it in any media recently not only Iranian media. DOn't know if it is still going on or it has stopped for some reason.

Anyways Xeno ... (don't know exactly how it spells) was saying bombing in Yemen was against ISIS which I am not so sure it is correct.

. .
According to UAE officials, Huthies are going to pay dearly for the 22 martyrs, one of them suggested 1000 Huthi per 1 Emarati.

Another thing, I noticed some Pakistanis still babbling about their refusal to get involved with the little they have in this war. Give it a rest guys, nobody even remembers you now.

It's ridiculous to accuse KSA of supporting AQAP in Yemen when the same AQAP has been bombed by US drones STATIONED in KSA (KSA is allowing a few of its military bases in the South to be used by the US for this purpose). Not only that KSA fought against Al-Qaeda for years in the 2000's.

Terrorism in Saudi Arabia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

AQAP main goal or at least one of them is to topple the House of Saud and control the Holy Lands (Makkah and Madinah). They are now allied with the same Daesh in Syria + Iraq in the North who have targeted Saudi Arabian Shia's in the Eastern Province and security guards (those that are helping pilgrims during Hajj) as seen in the most recent bombing attack that occurred on August the 6.

Yes, it's true that most of the bombings are now made by the US but for months GCC countries along with Jordan took part in those bombing campaigns on a significant scale. So one cannot claim that they have remained silent.

Yemen actually had/have a quite capable army compared to the size of its economy and they were/are also quite well armed. Mainly Russian weaponry.

KSA and the coalition is fighting against the most heavily armed terrorist militia in the world (Houthis) and large elements of the regular Yemeni army (that allied with the Ali Abdullah Saleh crook). Just look at their weaponry. Not even Daesh have such weaponry at their disposal. Forget about PKK, Taliban, Baluch separatists etc. They are jokes in comparison IMO.

GCC have done tremendously well in this conflict. One just has to look at the kill ratio and recent advancements in one of the most hostile environments as well which is Yemen.

Lol, they are so pissed off. I'm sure they will bomb cities like maniacs again.

Anyway, I'm surprised that an old ballistic missile like Tochka managed to hit its target precisely. Anyone who was responsible for launching that missle has done his job perfectly. :)

.
Our hired army casualties would have been increasingly high because we would never get the same supply lines that their own troops get, which by the way is pretty appalling as it is. Secondly our army would not run leaving weapons and armor behind even before first contact at the ambush site, that means higher casualties as well.
Our Airforce should contribute as they have years of experience in non conventional warfare which UAE or Saudis dont.
after such heavy bombardment if Houtiss still have ballistic missile launchers on the lose then it shows saudi airforce inexperience

. .
Didn't the UAE support the Houthis for a little while against the Muslim Brotherhood?

Tcka has a 150 meter CEP. Meanwhile its range is between 15 to 70 km. The angle of firing suggested it was very close to the minimal range. I am more surprised they had the expertise to aim accurately. I think it was by chance.

It's a war, so it's a given that there would be casualties but Arab coalition casualties still in it's minimum even compared to stronger armies fighting similar wars. The percentage of Huthi losses to the AC is 100+ to 1.
