Below is a document released in 2020, and according to that, no poverty estimates have been released after 2013, based on the Tendulkar poverty line, on poverty data related to 2011-12.

I am still unable to find the source that translates your poverty line to PKR 400,000 p.a.

In all these old reports you can see Haryana too ..but today pkr 400000/- is considered as below poverty line family ,for Karnataka it's around 300000/ - for Telangana it's around 440000/- , different for different states..

Good thing is that poverty has reduced. Despite Indian propaganda of Pakistan being collapsing and selling Buffalos to keep the economy floated.
