We watch the protests in Iran and hope, but false optimism may be clouding our eyes | Iran | The Guardian
The backlash against the death of Mahsa Amini has generated viral images of civil unrest, but how complete a picture do they provide?amp.theguardian.com
He knows very well whats going in Iran, but he can't say it freely and directly, so he says things like "maybe", "could be", "let's be cautious"....
Not so boring after all

The death of a third grade middle school girl in Iranshahr due to the beating of the security forces in the school
2 days ago Sunnis , Iran , Balochistan , human dignity , news reports
According to Hale Vash report, on Tuesday, November 3, 1401, a third-grade girl of Iranshahr's Parvin Etsami Middle School was killed by a security guard's beating and a blow to the head.
The identity of this girl "Parmis Hamnava", a third grade student of Parvin Etisami middle school in Iranshahr, has been confirmed.
According to an informed source with Hale Vash reporter: "On Tuesday, November 3, security guards entered the school and searched the books of all the students, there was a torn picture of Khomeini in the book, for this crime, they beat him as much as they could in front of the students." His nose was bleeding badly and he was admitted to an Iranian hospital... He died on Wednesday at 4 Azan and was taken to Zahedan for burial.
The source added: "The security forces took a commitment from the Parmis family and all the students' teachers that the issue would not be covered by the media, and with this condition, they handed over his body to his family."
It is said that all the photos of Parmis were collected from inside the school by the security forces.
It should be noted that this incident happened during the shift of Mrs. Bokharai, whose husband is an employee of the Iranshahr Intelligence Department.
I disagree. You just have to look at people arounf the world who visit or emigrate to gulf countries for work or greener pastures(including Iranians) to see that the Iranian regime hasnt done better than gulf states the way you claim. In fact i've hardly seen anyone saying they are travelling to iran for work or even visit. Lol those who do go to Iran for work/visit/better life or some other reasons is mostly poor Afghanistan (one of the poorest countries on earth) or to some extent Pakistanis(i guess most for religious reasons as some Shias the country as a holy ground for shiasm i suppose).Maybe because there is more to being human than eating the best, wearing the best, living in the best house? A well looked after cattle also eats well, lives in best houses.
Iranians have a far far better ruling system than any Arab country in the world, it's just a fact. The mere fact that they are protesting is a testament to that. They firstly as a nation have the ability to see far beyond "eating the best, wearing the best, living in the best house" and feel the need to protest against what they think is unjust; secondly they actually can and do protest. In other countries mere writing of articles in newspapers make them being cut into pieces by surgical bonesaw. Iran may have many faults and their mullah regime has room for great improvements but there is no comparison between their government and the Arab governments.
Well start sanctioning them for democracy, human right and other issues to see who would be more integrated with world markets and live in a more globalized world.I disagree. Meanwile people around the world travel to gulf states countries for work, greener pastures and or even living/settling there. In fact even westerners do travel to gulf states for work. You can't even compare both regions to be honest. Gulf states are more intergrated with world markets and they do live in a more globalised world.
I dont think ive heard of people from Gulf coubtries emigrating to Iran for work or better life, but the opposite is true(Iranians travel to gulf states for that).
Ministry of Education statement clearly stated there is no such a student in that city let alone in that school, like how they lied about Mahsa that was beaten by police and died.
(Google Translate from Farsi)
I think Khomenei is not so handsome to get angry so much because someone break his pic.
Iran regime treat like animals to non-Persian and non-Shiite people.
I hope you're right, because the note is horrible.Ministry of Education statement clearly stated there is no such a student in that city let alone in that school, like how they lied about Mahsa that was beaten by police and died.
