2010 worst year for Pak film industry

Btw does anyone remembers this unreleased copy of Top Gun which was shelved for some odd reason.

I must say that the visuals looks very impressive, the aerial shots and some of the other ones are very impressive.

Mahmud Sipra (Shipping Magnate and Hollywood Producer) was making the film but he was arrested and film was never heard of again.

YouTube - Suraj Pe Dastak.

Nice looking girl btw.

So now you just changed a name and you are saying they were imposed on general populace of Pakistan. Were people forced to watch them. The logic is simple. If you dont like them dont watch them. There is product only when there is demand.

Now dont come up with no its not TTP its Lashkar e Jhangvi which is blowing up people for not watching Indian films.

Divya! You don't know Batman. His sense of humour is "legendary". Plz don't mind him.;)

Yeah this song was played many times on local channels but then don't know what happened to this movie. There was another song released from this movie as well. It was a classical song. Don't remember it now.

There are many stories online, some say it was just a promotional tool.

Others say that the actress was killed, some say the film was too bold and was shelved for that reason.

Who knows but one thing is for sure, in Pakistan there is always something to stop you.

with all due respect Divya jee,

I was talking about uplift of ban on Indian movies... wasn't arguing about if we should watch or not. of course nobody is enforcing us to go to cinemas and watch movies

and they also love Hollywood movies :agree:

The bolded part was the reason that i heard too. Really sad that it was not released. The story was about the struggle of main cast in their respective careers.
