2 Syrian jets shot down by Turkey

. . .
Air-to-air by F-16 as per reports. It will be very interesting to see if the Russian airforce fights the TuAF. My bet is on the TuAF, they will wipe the floor with the RuAF.
LOL. There are so many factors, and they are all linked, so RuAF vs TAF will occur within a complex environment. Will be hard to judge which AF is the best because of other interfering related factor at play. For ex, TAF might be better, but Turkish F16s can be knocked out with S400 OR Su30s, but Turkey doesnt have good AD in Syria to attack Russia fighter jets,so the field isnt level.

Seems to be a Turkey shoot (no pun intended).
Are these drones difficult to spot in the sky or they are some sort of super silent drones ?
An Official said that they are using Electronical Jamming to blind Syrian Air Defence Systems.

Apart from that it's impossible to see a drone that is flying at 5 km altitute with naked eye.

Great news it will prove its capability in real war scenario.

Not emotional, that's what I really believe.

Russian airforce has junk planes and will be operating in Syria with no direct border. Turkey on the other hand will field several hundered F-16s with AEWC, AWACS etc.
if America is cautious of war with Russia, what do you think is a rational position for Turkey vis-a-vis Russia?

The whole EU has come together(NATO) to protect against Russia..that says something...this means 1 Turkey cant stand in Russia's way (in general military terms).

Iran can legalize it, just like the French Foreign Legion. Iran is a state, not a terrorist group. That's the difference between joining ISIS or fighting alongside Iran against others.
Very sketchy territory here although I'm no law expert. One thing is for sure. Plenty of Pakistanis have been arrested attempting to cross the border to join Iranian militias. There may not be specific terrorism related laws against it in Pakistan but I assume they're being charged with something. If they're breaking Pakistani laws, it doesn't matter what Iran or anyone else says about it.

You are aware that the Russian Air Base in Syria is within artillery range from Turkey?
With S-400 locations provided realtime by satellites, a salvo of GPS rounds will reduce the S-400 batteries to scrap metal.
