I am now getting certain that based on the obvious & non-stop "suicide patterns" of the soldiers of Indian Occupying Forces in IOK, they are hiding their fatalities under the suicide card.

These are not suicides. 19 this year. It's Pakistani sniper hits which are being declared this way. Basically Indian Armed Forces and their civilian leadership know that despite all the BS they talk about WAR, they in reality are in no position to fight one. Therefore they can't declare that Pakistan is killing their soldiers which would lead to Indians asking for revenge. So they have adopted this path.

What a pathetic excuse for an army. Committing suicide on the frontlines without rhyme nor reason, abandoning their fellow soldiers and deserting their own families. Even if they don't care one iota about the Hindustan regime and its military objectives, why do so many Indian frontline soldiers think it's acceptable to abandon their comrades and their own families. Technologically and politically the Indian army is in a strong position. Morale should be reasonably high. Supplies are not in shortage.

As a result, dozens freezed to death from their wounds, which would have otherwise been completely preventable. Had it not been for the Chinese, likely many of the 60+ soldiers captured by the PLA would have frozen to death too. Not only does this show the Indian Army's terrible logistics but also reveals they have absolutely no regard for the lives of their own soldiers. To them, they are just cannon fodder and propaganda tools.

Your analysis is correct. The decision makers only care about optics. It would have damaged carefully nurtured perceptions of invincibility for IA to be seen picking up casualties on a riverbank. This is the danger of propaganda-led conflict. The lies must be maintained even at the cost of one's own soldiers.

My own understanding on this issue is same. The 'war hysteria', 'surgical strikes' and a lot of 'how's the josh?' sort of mentality has made difficult for Indian Government to own their dead soldiers as KIA because it will be demanded by Gangus to react in similar kind. And 'surgical strikes' are not cheap to perform
