When will 095 join the PLAN ?

The Type 095 is more vague, and according to some they are already being deployed, while some other rumors suggest they will be deployed after the Type 093B.

But from my experience, also by judging the relationship between the Type 052C/D and the Type 055, the Type 093B and the Type 095 could be parallel.
