LOL. U indians are pathetic whiners. Even your own website admits to IAF losses of 75 planes.

Indian Air Force Losses in the 1971 War.

by P V S Jagan Mohan

The Indian Air Force fought on two fronts during the 1971 War. Employing nearly 600 Combat aircraft ranging from New MiG-21 and Sukhoi-7s to the Vintage Harvards and Vampires, the IAF flew nearly 7500 Sorties during the duration of the war. The Following is the list of Losses compiled by us through Various Sources published ever since. You will come up with some startling figures when you go through them, like finding out that 23 aircraft were lost in a matter of two days on both the fronts, or the High number of Hunter Losses. A surprising trend is the increase in attrition of the Canberra . The Losses are given first for the Eastern Sector and then for the Western Sector. Some of the Articles in the 71 War Section give details of the losses. The Figures given below were intially estimated as 61, However have been revised to 75 after the release of the Times of India's Official History of the 1971 War. For the sake of completeness, I have included figures of Army and Naval Aircraft losses as well.

Indeed they do.. Now feed these coordinates (23°42′0″N 90°22′30″E) in Google maps/earth and the biggest undeniable fact about that war will present it self :)

For you and other Week end warriors, let me spoon feed you on the psyche of the subject...

Even a blind person will be able to knock some sense into you people that with extended context, we are discussing aerial warfare during the 1971 war, so before you drag in the drones, OBL raid and all other nonsense to escape the argument, activate your grey matter and focus on the psyche of the topic.

LOL yes there is a map of PAF air strikes on IAF bases and similarly there would be a map of IAF air strikes on PAF bases but the thing is it would have been impossible for India to win '71 if PAF would have been dominating the skies and there would have been no Bangladesh but today there is a Bangladesh, check the coordinates

Idiocy doesn't come alone but then it depends who one is addressing, I guess you feel brave that your ten squadrons of superior aircraft managed to overpower single PAF unit, hence no cover for PA which was fighting both the IA and Muktis without any reinforcements or any support from air force or navy... ..well....Bravo. !!

PAF strikes like backstabber without declaration of war but after formal announcement or after IAF response not shown into picture at all, Karachi attack is a prime example.

Well i certainly didn't land a call centre crash course, but then they probably don't teach you something called common sense, so let me hit you with another sixer. Read the full sentence and who knows it may come to you else i'll need to post a picture of a call centre Basanti with her skirt blowing up. :cuckoo:

 and you were blaming me for going off topic ...... but hey... talking about call centers, didnt you once paste a picture of an Indian ITES company from Bangalore claiming that it was from Lahore :woot: ? For all you know the call center Basanti picture you post may well turn out to be a La'hori Salma :)

btw just like sunshine never blows, you dont hit some one with a sixer.. You just hit one.. :azn:

Well when things go stray, you sometimes need to whack them to keep them in a straight line, like someone who can't differentiate between some call centre cubicles and an IT company office regardless of the origin.
And just like a skirt can blow, you will hear the term like, Ishant Sharma got hit for three sixer or he went for 20 runs in one over.
BTW, unlike Bangalorian Sunita, Lahorie Salma doesn't ape the Western culture to acquire the confidence. :azn:

Ok folks, we've had enough discussion on this.
