I have seen only 350 cc bullet used by UP police inspectors in olden days . Now all of them have jeeps .

they look exactly the same, the displacement is all in the piston bore.

500s are sadly being phased away now with the twins

In the olden days it was Bullet, Yedzi & Rajdoots. I use to have an Yezdi.

Then came all these small 100 CC bikes like Yamaha, Hero Honda & Kawasakhi to help people save on petrol costs.

In the olden days it was Bullet, Yedzi & Rajdoots. I use to have an Yezdi.

Then came all these small 100 CC bikes like Yamaha, Hero Honda & Kawasakhi to help people save on petrol costs.

I briefly had a Road King too.

My cousin had the Jawa 350.

My dad was also a Jawa and Bullet guy.

42 is still a good looking old school bike.

It's only now that parents splurge on kids and kids wrinkle their noses.

Hero honda was most popular in 90s because of it's four stroke engine which gave 75 km per litre .

Hero Honda's claim was 100 km per litre but it gave around 90 on highways.

Yamaha was decent. Kawasaki was inexpensive of the lot but had lot of maintenance issues unlike Honda and Yamaha.

If I had to pick one, I would pick Yamaha over the others. Yamaha still gave 80 km per litre with good power.

Honda always struggled for power when you had two or more people on the bike.

When it comes to scooters Chetak was the king. Nothing else even comes close.

Is karachi halwa same a bombay halwa? I do not like bombay halwa. It is more like a jelly or bubble gum than a sweet. My favorite sweets have always been the bengali sweets, Jahangirs and hot jelebis.
