I mean Wahts the point in keeping a child in detention for over a year when you can directly allow him to go to pakistan even Pakistani ranger soldier was not kept in detentions for more than 2 days and was allowed to go back.Keeping child in detention is criminal on part of GOI and its slave forces.

Just go and drop him in the Wagah border? Would that not be stupid?

This is a minor transgression, all it requires a phone from pakistani authorities and it can be sorted in a matter of days. No need of bail or anything.

Perhaps we are thinking Jail in terms of " real jail", this maybe a detention center for juveniles. In the US run way juvi's are taken to a detention center till their parents respond. There are no vacation homes for them to go to plus authorities would be bigger problem if the kids escape and then get caught up in something bad.

child detention centers in india they are no better than jail.why write the authorities in pakistan when everyone know how things move due to red tapist bureaucracy in india and pak.write to his parent.After all 13 yr old boy is old enough o remember his home address.

Technically it is not an arrest and where should he be allowed to go back when the country he is from does not care. Dont you think the child would be at more risk if he is just lose.
