Ah desi police , normal stuff for them to act like that. In-fact it would be surprising if they had filed the case and gone after the culprits.

Fact:
A death of Pakistani Girl

• Police did initial investigation , and declared it a case of Suicide
• If the family seeks second opinion they should raise the case for further investigation

If it is indeed a rape case, then by all means the appropriate law should be enforced

*Note:
Family of girl are not forsenic experts
A doctor report would be required with Police collaboration to figure out cause of death


If CCTV shows she got into a unknown car , after her school obligation then police should search the culprit who picked her up

Seems like a standard , case of death and cause undetermined

Seems like a case of lazy police officers unable to investigate or come to conclusion nothing more , just need a review

Not sure how the issue of Criminal case turned into forceful marriages . Sorry I don't see the connection as it was writting on the "link : Source"

Rape is confirmed by doctor after he reviews the condition of body
Or questioning the last person who was with her before her death

Really don't see what this has to do anything with forced marrige ? As indicated in the "Link" which is nothing more then a personal "blog"

I am sure the Police with review / register a case to further review the issue.

It does happens that teenagers , after being rejected in love life tend to commit suicide (however in this case police should look/ search for car in which she got into)

Ajaxpaul, there is no such law in Pakistan. Worry about your country, the rape capital of the world, where a women cannot even go out i public for fear of being raped. India is so unsafe for women. The culture of India breeds sexism and misogyny torwards women. Indian men need to all be castrated. They are potential rapists, the lot of them.

Seems like simple case of Family not convinced of the investigation done by Police and perhaps the Police need to assign a different officer to investigate the case and give his finding

Certainly all familes who "go thru these sad sad , situation" need to get support by police and social bodies in Pakistan to figure out what happened

It really depands also on quality of Forsenic expertise in police force to determine without doubt cause of death

Certainly , we can surly improve certain investigative abilities in Police force , specially in Punjab area etc or Sindh but that sector is underfunded

Police force in general needs a overhaul in Punjab/Sindh (Billion or two worth of retraining and facility improvements to properly investigate such cases with more detail)

The other view of course is that Police did 100% investigate the matter honestly and came with correct conclusion
