Ration cards form the basis of determination of poverty in India. This is the tip of iceberg of how BPL cards are being misused in India inorder to obtain the freebies from the Govt. Missiles from India take seconds to mins to reach many parts of China. Remember we are neighbour and there is no Atlantic ocean between us. If you think China is too far away from India you are making a fatal military mistake.
