AFAIK more than 80% of Pakistan's forces and most resources are focused on the Eastern side of the country where there is no threat. Terrorists still routinely cross over the LOC with the help of PA. Kargil was an epic failure.

Oh and by the time the "war ends", Pakistan will lose all global funding except Chinese and will have to match up with a much stronger opponent, if that's how you see it.

Wrong, Pakistan's focus is on Western border & 190000 Army is deployed there.

Pakistan was hit badly by sanctions, no global funds, very little trade in 90's but still it became atomic power. If world leave Pakistan alone it will find it's way & become more self reliant. Also global funding help corrupt polititions not Pakistanis. Mind it.
