Yes, but in case of t this video, the Pak shall hasnt landed yet....

Moreover, In case it is an airburst shell, explosion or smoke would be in the air above the post so won't be visible in the video....

Seeing the pattern of Indian soldiers taking cover, the incoming shell is probably an air burst shell... The Indian soldiers are therefore taking overhead cover to protect themselves from splinters....
