That's not possible because 1.) the 3 gorges dam is over 1000 km away from Taiwan at the shortest and 2.) if it flies in a linear path, the missiles will be flying at 50-100 m above ground against extremely high density air defense.

Another thing to note that the 3 Gorges Dam is 40 meters thick at its thinnest point, which is thicker than maximum penetration depth of the biggest bunker busters (which is vertical, but this 40 meters is horizontal).

Don't think of the 3 gorges dam as a man made structure. It resembles a mountain made of steel and reinforced with concrete than it does any ordinary building.
