I dont think 1.6 billion muslims can do much if we decide to build a temple there.. there will be some riots but thats about it.
His target is supreme court (and indirectly govt of India) which is the only entity stopping the temple.

I think I need to repeat my post: the numbers are shown by him as a show of force against a democratically elected govt to put pressure.. not against muslims as such.. if 1.6 billion muslim did no care about breaking of a mosque(which is more inflammatory) I doubt buliding of temple will even be on news in most muslim countries.
1.6 billion muslims vs 1 billion hindus is as silly as 1.6 billion muslims vs a few million jews... it does not work that way.
