Nope.. $100 billion is peanuts. Ill take $250 billion along with the Raptor,Aegis and Apache as part of a military assistance program that we don't pay for. The amount of each you can decide. And on the side we can take all our launch systems and plant them on roundabouts(in launch position on 5 min alert.. although we better secure them with electric fencing since the public will just break em for fun otherwise) all across the country so they are camouflaged and also act as public reminders that once we were a declared nuclear power, take 50 or so reserve nukes and hide em in Orangi or Lalo Khet in Karachi, and shift our facilities so that they lie in SITE next to the Pepsi, Coke or Maggi Noodle factory so you cant tell the toxic wastes from one another . The rest we give up... Fair deal I offer.. So who can get this idea to President Asif Ali Zardari??
