DAP is based on existing land patterns , and it's efficient use,
there were Architects,Urban Planners and Engineers all in sych while
implementing that.
Anyways let me give you an example, the only area that was planned
by an architect in Dhaka was, guess what, Shangshad Bhaban Area.
The problem is that in BD theres no reputable Urban Planning research groups
let alone firms, but there are quite a handful of Urban Planners, unfortunately they end up
in round tables only.
Nope, the difference is in aesthetics and philosophy,
I can't elaborate , eastwacth might get...
Kinda know that guy personally , a family friend
as well as our professions are common, he's
one of those few Bangladeshis who gets invited
to lecture alot in western hemisphere.
Yeah, :undecided:, don't worry he's better than civil engineers
and so called urban planners !
On topic, Architect Rafik Azam has been assigned* to supervise

TATA didn't want free gas but rather opted for a clause that would
force BD supply gas in preference over local supplies even if that
requires to shut off some sectors.
Local enterpreneurs on the background presented a similar deal
such as those by BSRM, KSRM, RSRM and gov rolled 'em in.
Now...
Chaps flying in frenzy with stars beneath their buttocks!
Anyways there's no 50+ 5 star hotels in Coxs Bazaar ( At the moment).
Still if one needs to find one, theres plenty,
more than any other hotel our lovely neighbouring(countries) beaches have.
Radisson , Mariotts, Pan Pacific are under...
Didn know Burmese use Internet this days, seems they are developing
Man, what else do I have to see before the clock stops ticking....
Coxs Bazaar needs to implement it's DAP ASAP
otherwise the way it's going people will turn that place into another
Dhaka.
Ok now that's weird, I've always thought leg muscles from
Ischiums (which ironically sounds a bit like those death metal stuffs)
are just beside the scrotum so that it stays warm, if it's cool
the crussadors won't march in at sufficient speeds.
On a side note, if I'm not wrong Bangladesh, Pakistan, India
are the top three contributors of peace keepers. The numbers
are quite similar with Bangladesh being the highest right now.
Well if it is our women in uniforms, Victorias collection
and a bit of mascara here and there would help to dodge
some bullets anyways :\
I'll agree with Zabs though, I love Stormtroopers!
The picture belongs to this news,
theres a new kid on the block.
Contrary to popular belief a gov elected
COAS never goes twirling from the twitch
of their masters but typically the opposite happens.
I sure hope the tradition continues this time...
He is known as Dr M Shamim Z Bosunia (ex-faculty BUET), one of the earliest professors
in Civil Engineering Discipline. I'll let you know his mail address if I find one. Even at his age of 70
he's currently one of the busiest working man in his profession (quite expensive though )
The other day I had the pleasure of hearing some conceptual proposals from
the reknowned professor Eng. Bosunia, I hope you know his name,
because of your profession.
The proposal was to make a flyover expressway from Chittagong to Dhaka
which shall cost around 78cr per km, the present being...
