The answer is jf17 with upgraded avionics i.e block 3 which will bring it on par and a little ahead of the f16,Mirage 2k-5, Mig-29 (because of AESA and other avionics). But they will be needed in large numbers 150 have already been ordered and will be taken to 250 but should be taken to 300+.

Have the tracks for the trains been laid and the already existing ones upgraded to current international standards? Are they going to have passenger trains aswell as freight trains? And when is the whole corridor suppose to go online, 2017?
