    Labor market is not tight. Most big tech companies are laying off 10%+ of their workforce and those that don't plan layoffs are in hiring freezes. My company recently put out an opening for a PM and we got 200 resumes within 2 days.

    It ain't easy anywhere in tech. There's been massive layoffs across the tech industry in the US. Given how hard it is for indians to get green card, and how hard it is to find jobs with visa sponsorship, many will have to leave after 60 days. Same is true to lesser extent for Chinese as well.
