You are not getting it,the countries you have mentioned have stakes in Afghan peace and when they have stakes in Pakistan they will talk to TTP for example if chinese investments are threatened by TTP in Pakistan ,chinese will ask you to talk to TTP and they too will talk to TTP and that dsnt...

I feel Pakistan should handover all the proof of who ever is involved and Afghan should try them in their courts.
