If India gives away Kashmir to Pakistan, will the rivalry between the nations come to an end???

No it will not. Pakistan was created because Hindus and Muslims cannot live together. And that notion failed when a lot of them preferred to stay back. The whole ideology was dented there. This ego flared up kashmir because the hyderabad presidency was taken over by India. This was further...

How can Pakistan Navy defend itself from Brahmos cruse missile ?

Well I am not going to waste my time on you. Why don't you first read about the development of the Chinese missiles and ESSM, Barak 1 and Umkhonto before you come and talk to me. And you can understand why I have my doubts regarding the Chinese weapon systems to intercept a salvo fire of...

How can Pakistan Navy defend itself from Brahmos cruse missile ?

Yes they can if they can get their hands on Barak 8 or the SeaRAM. Both of them are specifically designed to meet threats like the BhraMos. And I don't think CHinese have a reliable system to do this.

    HAL Tejas | Updates, News & Discussions-[Thread 2]

And that is why people do not sell to you. And Chinese systems are nowhere compared to the western systems. That is a given. I do commend the Chinese for making huge breakthroughs in different fields but this is something that the west and the Russians have done in the 80s. We have our own way...

    The Cheapest kill -2

Well I think these are threads that Indians must stay out. They are just patting their backs saying that they fought hard.

GoPro: Flying Daggers 45 set to take India's Light Combat Aircraft to the Skies

Well You are turning this thread into a JF 17 one. Yeah BLK2 and 3 are speculated to be on par with F 16s. But the weight added to the aircraft while doing it also shifts the CoG of the aircraft. This again brings in the design team to move the things inside to accommodate it.

GoPro: Flying Daggers 45 set to take India's Light Combat Aircraft to the Skies

Well you were the one who told that we havent finished work on MK1 but proceeded to MK2. Well as long as the company has funds they will be developing the next variant. It is CHengdu doing the design work not PAC Kamra. Well It flew in 2001....ADA came into picture only after the ASQR were...

    HAL Tejas | Updates, News & Discussions-[Thread 2]

Well even if China sold out the design to Pakistan it is still second hand technology. It is very difficult to build an design house. Takes a lot of time and dedication. China took the easier way by copying the design. Indian armed forces usually would like to have more reliable systems than the...

GoPro: Flying Daggers 45 set to take India's Light Combat Aircraft to the Skies

It is simple we have a 'Design house' and a 'Manufacturing House'.... The design house is the ADA and the Manufacturing house is the HAL. Both are public sector units and is directly funded and governed by the Department of Defence. The ADA after doing the design process submits the blue prints...

GoPro: Flying Daggers 45 set to take India's Light Combat Aircraft to the Skies

Yes we can. We designed it instead of outsourcing the design to some other country. The Funds are already there and we dont have to wait till the last aircraft is delivered.

Can India’s Kaveri engine beat reliable F404-GE-IN20 engine to Power Tejas MK-1A ??

It is a variable cycle engine...That is why I thought it would be better to take the help of GE. As they have a working model already.

Can India’s Kaveri engine beat reliable F404-GE-IN20 engine to Power Tejas MK-1A ??

Well Indians have erred badly in developing a variable cycle engine without developing a conventional jet engine. Even though we have modestly achieved a low bypass pressure ratio the Metallurgy and timing of the engine is very hard. Only GE has been successful in developing the YF 120 engine...

    Why Tejas is so important

It is sub optimal or else JF 17 would have orders by now.
