Only the ones that descend from AJK do, often from pressure due to their constituents.
Sadiq Khan and Sajid Javid on the other hand are very pro India.

I'd hazard a guess that Patel and Singh are more common among the Indian community than Khan is for the Pakistani community. Yet Singh doesn't even make an appearance in the top 10.
That's because they import them by the bucket load from India. Unfortunately they're of a much poorer quality...
Yet the most common surname for doctors in the UK is Khan.
