No .. I stay in a Tier 3 city Karachi is light years ahead in entertainment , food , medical , education The only plus point is that I enjoy 24x7 electricity Karachi is equivalent to non metro Tier 1 Indian cities

The roads are so big .. Jinnah interchange looks fabulous Here in India almost every road is overcrowded , you can't drive more than 40kmph in cities
